COOKIES AND TRACKERS

What Movyx places on your device, why, and for how long

Last updated: 1 November 2026

1. What a cookie is

A cookie is a small file placed by a website on your device and sent back on each visit. The term "tracker" more broadly covers any storage of the same kind, including the browser's local storage, which Movyx uses to remember your display preferences.

Some are essential: without them, it is impossible to stay logged in or to submit a form securely. Those do not require your consent (Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés)). All the others are placed only with your prior agreement.

2. Strictly necessary cookies

They allow the service to work and serve no other purpose. They are not shared with anyone.

3. Display preferences

Stored by your browser on your device (local storage), they are never sent to our servers or to any third party. Clearing them simply restores the default display.

4. Audience measurement and advertising

In-house audience measurement. To know which pages are read and improve the site, Movyx counts visits with its own tool, hosted on our own servers. The following is recorded:

No cookie, no storage on your device, no IP address and no browser fingerprint is kept; nothing is shared with any third party. Your browser's "Do Not Track" and "Global Privacy Control" signals are honoured, and bots are excluded. The statistics can only be viewed by the Movyx team and are kept for 13 months, then automatically deleted.

This measurement, strictly limited to anonymous statistics, is exempt from consent under CNIL guidance. You may nevertheless object to it at any time: this choice is remembered in the movyx_cookies cookie.

Your visits are counted anonymously.
No third-party tracker, no advertising.
Movyx integrates neither another publisher's audience measurement tool, nor an advertising network, nor any social network button. The site's security policy (Content-Security-Policy) also prevents your browser from making any request to a domain other than Movyx. Should this ever change, those trackers would be listed here and would only be placed after your explicit agreement.

5. Managing your choice

Your choice is kept for 13 months in the movyx_cookies cookie, after which you are asked again. You can review it at any time:

Privacy policy

Your browser also lets you block or delete cookies, site by site. Please note: blocking strictly necessary cookies prevents you from logging in to your workspace.
