Agencies, clients and commissions

The Clients → Agencies & clients page (« Clients → Agences & clients ») brings together everyone who books with you, in two address books. A partner agency (travel agency, concierge service, DMC) carries a commission percentage. Click Add an agency (« Ajouter une agence »): name, main contact (title, first name, last name, e-mail, phone), commission, linked pricing grids, internal notes. When you create a quote via this agency, the quote takes the rate from your grid and Movyx calculates the commission, deducted from that rate and never added. The quote shows the agency's share, line by line and on the total. A direct client books with you with no intermediary. Click Add a client (« Ajouter un client »): title, full name, company, e-mail, phone, country, linked pricing grids, notes and preferences, VIP status. An agency's or a client's record has four tabs: Information (« Informations », with the Edit button « Modifier » to reopen the form), Pricing grids (« Grilles tarifaires », Manage grids « Gérer les grilles » to link some), Specific rules (« Règles spécifiques »: discounts, surcharges, conditions specific to this contact) and Quotes (« Devis », all its quotes with their status). A client's record adds Preferences (« Préférences »), entered in the CRM. From the list, the pencil edits a contact and the bin deletes it after confirmation; its existing quotes are kept.
