Getting started with Movyx

Welcome to Movyx! Your workspace is ready in 4 steps, tracked by the gauge on the Settings page (« Paramètres », at the bottom of the side menu). The guided tour walks you through them in order on your first login; start it again at any time from the « ? » button in the bottom right corner. 1. Vehicle types (Settings → « Types de véhicules », button New type « Nouveau type »): your categories (Saloon, Van, SUV…) with seats and luggage. They become the columns of your future pricing grids. 2. Cities & places (Settings → « Villes & lieux », buttons A city « Une ville » and A place « Un lieu »): the cities where you operate, then your service points (airports with their IATA code, railway stations, hotels). They are the departure and arrival points of your transfers. 3. Pricing grid (Pricing menu « Tarifs », button New grid « Nouvelle grille »): name it, choose net rate or public rate, add a section, route lines, then your prices cell by cell. Rate setup is included: the Movyx team can do it with you (« ? » button, Contact support « Contacter le support »). 4. First contact (Clients menu → Agencies & clients « Clients → Agences & clients »): an agency with its commission, or a direct client. Once these 4 steps are done, the Create a quote button (« Créer un devis ») in the menu unlocks. The recommended settings (application design, quote template, cancellation terms, quote closing text) come next, at your own pace: the Customise button (« Personnaliser ») on the dashboard reminds you of what is left to do.
