Cancellation terms and waiting time

These two Settings screens (« Paramètres ») are inserted automatically into every quote, in the Cancellation policy and Waiting time included sections of the quote template. Cancellation terms (« Conditions d'annulation »). Write the text of your general terms in French and in English (the toolbar buttons, or *text* and **text**, set italics and bold). Choose their position: in the footer after the content, or on a dedicated page at the end. Add your rules by time bracket: a notice period before pick-up and a percentage retained, for example 100 % under 24 hours, for all vehicle types or only some. Save: the preview on the right shows the result. Waiting time (« Temps d'attente »). These rules apply to transfers. Switch on the places concerned: Hotel / Chalet, Airport — private flight, Airport — commercial flight, Railway station (« Hôtel / Chalet », « Aéroport — vol privé », « Aéroport — vol commercial », « Gare »). For each one, enter the free waiting minutes, then choose Hourly hire rate (« Tarif MAD »: your hourly hire rates apply beyond that) or Custom (« Personnalisé ») to enter a rate of your own. Save. The gauge on the Settings page counts these two screens among the recommended settings: your quotes work without them, but they prevent any dispute over a cancellation or a wait.
