Create a quote in 5 steps

Click Create a quote (« Créer un devis », in the menu) or New quote (« Nouveau devis », on the Quotes page). The wizard runs in 5 steps, and the price is calculated from your pricing grid at every moment. Step 1 — Grid: choose the pricing grid that sets the prices (Pricing grid tab « Grille de tarifs »), or go through an agency or a client (tabs Via an agency « Via une agence » and Via a client « Via un client »): its grids, its commission and its specific rules apply. An agency's commission is deducted from the grid rate, never added. Step 2 — Vehicles: click the vehicle types to offer (or All « Tous »). Each vehicle becomes a price line in the quote, and the total adds them up. Step 3 — Transfers & hourly hire (« Transferts & MAD »): type the departure and the arrival (city, place or IATA code) and pick from the list, then the date and time. The price of each vehicle appears straight away, season and conditions included; a vehicle with no rate on this route is flagged and blocks the next step until you remove it or fill it in on the grid. Add a return (« + Retour ») adds the reverse route on another date; Add an hourly hire (« Ajouter une mise à disposition ») applies your hourly hire rates and the driver's meal. Step 4 — Options: quote language (French or English), vehicle photos if the Vehicles module is active, and an internal note visible only to your team. Step 5 — Summary: check the source, the vehicles, the services and the language, then Create the quote (« Créer le devis »). The document appears, ready to be copied, printed as a PDF or sent.
