CRM: client preferences and partnerships

The CRM is included in your Movyx plan, with nothing to activate. You will find it under Clients → Preferences & partnerships (« Clients → Préférences & partenariats »): one card per client and per agency, with a search that also finds a driver or a contact. For a client, the card gathers what is useful for every request. Most requested routes (« Trajets les plus demandés »): their three most frequent routes, calculated from their quotes (a return counts with the outbound), nothing to enter. Drivers (« Chauffeurs »): the driver they prefer and the one to avoid; if you use the Drivers module, the names of your team are suggested as you type. Vehicles (« Véhicules »): Usual, Assigned or Refused (« Habituel », « Attitré », « Refusé ») for each category or vehicle of the fleet, with a note, and a reminder of the vehicles already quoted. Preferences (« Préférences »): language spoken, meet & greet sign, child seat and a free field for what matters on board (water, newspapers, temperature, music, discretion…). These preferences can be read again in the Preferences tab of the client's record. For an agency, the Partnership card (« Partenariat ») gives the commission (deducted from the total of its quotes, never added), the start date of the partnership and how long it has lasted, the linked grids and the main contacts: the one from the agency record, plus up to six other names. Edit (« Modifier ») opens a single window to set everything; the commission and the grids are reserved for profiles that manage the settings, as on the agency record.
