A driver's workspace

A user invited with the Driver role (Modules & options → Users → Invite a member, « Modules & options → Utilisateurs → Inviter un membre », with the e-mail address of their driver record) sees only their own workspace. They have no access to the other drivers, to quotes or to pricing. My schedule (« Mon planning »): their month with their absences, and the Request an absence button (« Demander une absence »: Rest, Paid leave, Sick leave or Personal leave, dates, full day or half day, note). The request stays Pending approval (« En attente de validation ») until the manager decides; they can cancel it before then, and they are told of the answer. My hours (« Mes heures »): their totals (today, this month, this year) and the Declare hours button (« Déclarer des heures »): a date, a flat-rate route (the flat rate from the Route flat rates page « Forfaits trajets » applies) or a manual entry, a note. Each declaration awaits the manager's approval on their record. My documents (« Mes documents »): their papers (driving licence, VTC card, ID…) with their expiry date, and the HR documents shared by the company. My fines (« Mes amendes »): those recorded by the manager, with their status. My signatures (« Mes signatures »): the documents awaiting their electronic signature. My notifications (« Mes notifications »): processed requests, documents to sign, alerts. From My profile (« Mon profil »), the driver installs Movyx on their phone and switches on notifications to be alerted even when the app is closed.
