Customise your quotes and your brand

Two Settings screens (« Paramètres ») control the look of your quotes. Application design (« Design de l'application »): upload your logo (PNG, JPG, SVG or WebP, 2 MB maximum), choose your brand colour from the palette of twelve shades or set your own, and the rounding of the components. The preview shows the result in the light and dark themes. Every change is saved automatically and applies to your whole workspace, to the login page and to the header of every quote. Quote template (« Modèle de devis »): choose the background and text colours of the top band (or Default « Défaut » for your brand colours), write your introduction and your closing text / signature in French and in English, show or hide the sections (Transfers, Hourly hire, Waiting time included, Cancellation policy, Flight delay…) and reorder them by drag and drop. The preview on the right updates in real time, in French or in English. Click Save (« Enregistrer »). The quote uses the language chosen when it was created: texts, terms and labels follow. The Complete your quote banner (« Complétez votre devis »), below a quote, points out the elements still empty (logo, closing text…) and takes you to the right setting.
