Job planning and meet & greet sign

Job planning (« Planning missions ») is included in your Movyx plan, with nothing to activate. You will find it in the side menu: a dispatch table, one line per job, and the timeline of stages at the top of the page. 1. Add a job: the + button opens an entry line in the table. Only the date is required; times, places and vehicle can be completed later. 2. The automatic rate: as soon as the departure, the arrival and the vehicle are filled in (or the start and end times of an hourly hire), the rate from your grids appears in the price field, with the grid and the route used. The client's or agency's grid applies, with its rules; otherwise, your public grid. An amount typed by hand is kept as it is; clear the field to go back to the grid rate. A place missing from your cities and places has no rate: add it in Settings → Cities & places (« Paramètres → Villes & lieux »). 3. Accepted quotes: the Quotes to plan banner (« Devis à planifier ») lists them; one click fills in the line, quote amount included. 4. Edit a job: clicking a value in the table edits it in place. If the route, the vehicle or the time changes, the grid rate follows. 5. The meet & greet sign (« Panneau d'accueil »): from the job's menu or its details window. It shows your logo and the passenger's (or the client's) name; you can change the text, on three lines, or hide the logo. The driver receives it as an image with the job's e-mail and displays it full screen from My jobs (« Mes missions »). With the Drivers module, you assign a driver according to their availability and they accept the job from their phone; with the Vehicles module, you choose the exact vehicle.
