Filling in your pricing grid

The grid works like a spreadsheet: the columns are your vehicle types, the lines are your routes or services. 1. Sections. Click Section (« Section », top right) or Add a section (« Ajouter une section », at the bottom) and give it a title: Airport transfers, Station transfers, Long distance… Each section can be renamed, moved with its handle and deleted. 2. Lines. Under a section, click Add a line (« Ajouter une ligne »), then choose the departure and the arrival from the list of your cities and places. 3. Prices. Click a cell, type the amount, then Enter to confirm or Tab to confirm and move to the next cell without leaving the keyboard. Escape cancels. Switch on On request (« Sur demande ») for a route priced case by case: the quote then shows this mention instead of a price. A cell left empty means the vehicle has no rate on this route: the quote wizard flags it and never creates a €0 line. 4. Columns. The + button to the right of the header adds a vehicle type the grid does not cover yet. If you create a type after your grids, the bell reminds you that it has no rate yet. From the grid list, you can duplicate a grid to create a variant, export it to Excel, deactivate it or delete it.
