Seasons, conditions and hourly hire

Beyond the base prices, a Movyx grid carries three settings that apply on their own to quotes. Seasons and events. In Pricing (« Tarifs »), Seasons & Events block (« Saisons & Événements »), click Add (« Ajouter »): a name (Summer high season 2026, Monaco Grand Prix), a type, a colour, dates. Then open each grid and click Create a season (« Créer une saison ») to enter prices specific to that period. On a quote, the date of each service picks the price automatically: the season price if the date falls within it, the base price otherwise. Conditions. A section's Condition button (« Condition ») adds a rule to its routes: Night, Day, Before or After a given time, Time condition, Fixed surcharge, Discount % or Alternative price, with an amount and an explicit label (« +€50 if motorway », « Night surcharge 10 pm – 6 am »). The label appears as it is on the quote when the condition applies. Hourly hire. At the bottom of the grid, the Hourly hire block (« Mise à disposition ») holds your hourly or flat-rate lines (Add an hourly hire line « Ajouter une ligne MAD »: a label, a period, then the rate per vehicle) and the driver's meal, with its price and the conditions under which it applies (for example from 6 hours of hire). In the quote wizard, an hourly hire takes these rates according to day and night hours, and adds the meal when its conditions are met.
