Pricing grid in Movyx: rate per route and per vehicle type

In Movyx, your grid holds your rates per route and per vehicle type, your hourly hire rates, your seasons and your terms; every quote is calculated from it, and its amounts stay frozen once the quote is created.

Your rates, set up with you

When you start, the Movyx team sets up your rates with you: your routes, your vehicle types, your hourly hire, your seasons and your agencies’ terms. There is nothing to reformat.

After that, everything is changed directly in the grid: click the cell, type the new rate, and it is saved. Your grid exports to Excel at any time.

Transfers and hourly hire

  • Transfers: one rate per route (city, airport, station, hotel) and per vehicle type, organised in sections you name yourself
  • Hourly hire: daytime and night-time hourly rate per vehicle, with a minimum number of hours if you apply one
  • Driver meal offered on every hourly hire, at the amount you set
  • Routes priced case by case: the cell switches to “on request”, and a quote never contains a zero line

Seasons, hours and terms

  • Seasons: one rate per cell for each period you define, applied according to the transfer date
  • Time-of-day terms: the night or early-morning surcharge applies as soon as the pick-up time is entered
  • Terms per section or per route, carried over to the quote line
  • Grid validity dates: a trip outside them is flagged before the quote is created

One grid per agency, terms per client

Attach one or more grids to an agency or a client: the quote uses the one whose dates cover the trip. Your agreements apply on top — discount or surcharge as a percentage or an amount, complimentary waiting time, luggage included, special term — for all routes, one vehicle or one specific route, and each one appears on the quote line.

Quotes already sent never change

Every quote keeps the rates, the season, the terms and the commission of the day it was created. You update your grid whenever you decide; only new quotes take it into account.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to enter my rates myself?
No. Rate setup is included: the Movyx team sets them up with you when you start, then you adjust them whenever you like, right in the grid.
Are my night and high-season rates applied automatically?
Yes. The season follows from the transfer date and the time-of-day term from the pick-up time; the detail appears on the quote line.
Does a quote already sent change if I edit my grid?
No. Amounts are frozen when the quote is created; only new quotes use the updated grid.
Can I have a different grid for an agency?
Yes. A grid can be attached to an agency or a client; for every quote, Movyx uses the one whose dates cover the trip, then applies the terms negotiated with that partner.
