In Movyx, each agency’s commission, grid and terms are stored once on its record; on every quote “via an agency”, the commission is deducted from the total and the amounts are frozen.

On the agency’s record

  • Its commission rate
  • The grid or grids that apply to its requests, according to their dates
  • Your negotiated terms: discount or surcharge (in % or in €), complimentary waiting time, luggage included, special term — for all routes, one vehicle or one specific route
  • Its main contacts and the partnership start date, in the CRM

In the quote

Choose “Via an agency” at the first step: its grid, its terms and its commission apply automatically. The commission is deducted from the quote total, never added to the rate, and the amounts stay frozen even if the agreement changes later.

Track what each agency brings in

The dashboard (Analytics › Clients) shows, for your main clients and agencies, accepted quotes against quotes sent.

Frequently asked questions

Can each agency have its own rate?
Yes. The rate is stored on the agency’s record and applied to all its quotes.
Is the commission added to the rate?
No: it is deducted from the quote total. The rate offered stays the one from your grid.
What happens to a sent quote if I change an agency’s rate?
Nothing: the commission is frozen on each quote at the moment it is created.
Can an agency have its own rates?
Yes: attach a dedicated grid to it, or apply your negotiated discounts and surcharges on top of your grid.
