    The starting point sets the rates: your grid, or directly the agency or the client with their terms.

  2. Vehicles

    One or more vehicle types: the quote prices them side by side.

  3. Transfers and hourly hire

    Departure and arrival with assisted entry, pick-up date and time; one click adds the return, cities reversed.

  4. Options

Do my cancellation terms appear on the quote?
Yes, like your texts, your flight delay policy and the waiting time included: you set them once in Settings, and every quote carries them.
How do I know which quotes to follow up?
The dashboard lists the sent quotes awaiting a reply, oldest first; from the quotes list, one click marks them accepted or declined.
