In Movyx, an airport or station transfer is a line of your grid — a price per route and per vehicle type — completed by your rules: waiting time included by location, flight delay policy, seasons, time-of-day conditions and the agency’s commission. The quote applies them all, and the return is added in one click.
Your airport and station routes, just as you sell them
- A price per route (airport, station, hotel, city to city) and per vehicle type — saloon, van, minibus, limousine — arranged in sections that you name
- Seasons: a price per period that you define, applied according to the date of the transfer
- Time-of-day conditions: the night or early-morning surcharge applies as soon as the pick-up time is entered
- Routes priced case by case: the cell switches to “on request”, and a quote never contains a line at zero

Airport waiting time and flight delays: set once
The waiting time included is set according to the pick-up location — longer at the airport than at a hotel, for example — and your flight delay policy appears on every quote. You set both once in Settings; every quote carries them, in French or in English.

The arrival transfer, an hourly hire the next day and the departure transfer follow on in the same wizard and the same document: a single total, a single agency commission calculated on the whole. The return is added in one click, cities reversed, and several vehicle types are priced side by side.
The agencies, hotels and concierges who entrust you with their transfers
Each partner has its own record: its commission, its grid if it has one, its negotiated terms — discount, complimentary waiting time, luggage included. A quote “via an agency” applies them by default; the commission is deducted from the total, never added to the price, and stays locked on the quote.
What is not in Movyx
Movyx does not track flights in real time and does not assign on-demand rides: it prices and sells your transfers on quotation, with your rules. Same-day dispatch stays in your usual tools.
